Status of clinical medicine and rational drug use outlook phropathy. Methods: 76casesofDiabeticNnephropa-thypatientswhobelongtokidneyandspleenQideficiencywithbloodstagnationtype, randomlydividedintotherapeuticgroupG) andcontrolgroup (CG). ThepatientsinTGareadministratedbyherbmedicineonlyaswellasthepatientsinCGuseGliguidoneasthecontrolmedication. Theindexeschosenasthefollowing: thesymptomsandsignsofthepatients; serumcreatinine; ureanitrogen (UN) andurineprotein. Results: Onemonth, aftertreatment, allthegroupsshowclinicaleffectiveness, andtheresultofTGismoreperfectthanCG. Conclusion: ThemethodofTonifyingKidneyandSpleenaswellasAstringingEssenceshasanadvantageinrecentcurativeeffect, itsmechanismworthfurtherstudying.
