The 3rd China International Business Process Outsourcing Opens on Oct 26 in Xi'an. Over 400 people including officials from relevant national ministries and provincial governments,Outsourcing companies, famous experts and insider representatives at home and abroad gather together and discuss and look ahead development and prospect of business process outsourcing(BOP) in China; meanwhile make suggestion for BOP development in China and Xi'an.
