A group of enterprises like Lianchuang is planning to cooperate with the world’s software giants to explore the market of international service outsourcing. At the conference, Jiangsu Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation also publicized its 3-year plan for the development of international service outsourcing. The main objectives are:
* make the export amount of international service outsourcing in Jiangsu province quadrupled based on that of last year;
